I just now received a letter, finally, from the University of New Orleans Department of Music. I've been accepted.
I'm going to be a jazz student in New Orleans. This is cool. I still need to get me some money.

Congrats, man. I'll try to see you play next year, time permitting, of course. Maybe you can get a gig at the Funky Butt if they've opened back up. Becky and I have seen some really cool jams done by UNO students there, top notch stuff. Bienvenue vers la Louisiane!
